Wedding FAQ's
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you start planning, once you’ve booked and paid the £100 booking fee, your wedding date is secured. Popular dates get busy quickly so please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
What products do you use?
All of my products I have chosen and use because of their longevity, flawless coverage and photographic qualities. I only use the finest high-end products which I have tried, tested and love! I also use Airbrush foundation.
What is airbrush foundation?
Airbrush foundation is known for its flawless coverage whilst giving the skin a beautifully natural finish. Because of this it is so comfortable to wear, many people say they don’t even feel like they are wearing foundation!
Not only does it feel and look amazing, it is extremely durable, being a silicone based product it is heat resistant, and once dry it is transfer and rub resistant, meaning it will withstand all the hugging and kissing you will no doubt be doing on your wedding day!
Long lasting, breathable and flawless, it’s no surprise my brides love it!
How far in advance should I have my trial?
I recommend we do your trial around 2/3 months before the big day, most things will be organised, and most brides have their dress and know what theme the wedding will be and will have an idea on how you would like your makeup.
Where will the trial take place?
The trials take place at my studio, located just outside of Bristo
Can my bridal party have a trial?
Yes anyone in the bridal party can have a trial, Bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom. Mother of the bride/groom trials can be really helpful and ease their wedding day nerves, especially if they don't tend to wear alot of makeup and are unsure of the look they would like.
What will happen at my trial?
A trial is a perfect time to get to know each other, we discuss the wedding plans, your likes and dislikes when it comes to makeup, your makeup routine. I ask all my brides to bring along some pictures of styles you like which we can discuss. We will then create your look, I will talk you through each step, making sure you are happy and comfortable. Once we create the desired look, I will take pictures and write a product sheet of what we used.
If I change my mind about the style, can I have another trial?
Of course you can, you can book in for any many trials as needed, extra trials are priced at £50.
How far will you travel?
I can travel any distance, a mileage fee of .50p a mile will apply over a 15 mile distance from BS48.
I have a big bridal party, will you be able to do all of our makeup?
Yes, depending on the size of your bridal party and service you require, I can bring an assistant with me, she is professionally trained, and we have worked together on numerous weddings. There is no extra cost for this.
What happens on the day of my wedding?
Before your big day I will contact you with a schedule of the morning (this is helpful to give to your photographer) I will then arrive on the morning at the confirmed time and start work, making sure the morning runs smoothly whilst making you and your party look and feel amazing.
Are you insured?
